Our clients are thrilled to be able to ‘select’ rather than just ‘hire’ new employees. The Athena Quotient gives them a much better understanding of an applicant’s ability to be successful in the jobs they are filling. These clients are confirming that judgment is key to success in every position and they rave about the Athena Quotient’s ability to measure this key attribute.
